I run the business "X-Pert Project & Programme Management". We operate internationally in the niche market of Professional Project Management, with a home-base in Randburg, South-Africa.
We rather subscribe to the modern concept of Managing by Project than traditional Project management.
We have two major shareholders, X-PERT HOLDINGS and PARACON HOLDINGS.

The group have modularized project management into peripheree services and offer each specialized peripheree service as an individual product. Some of the services are Project Facilitation, Project Planning & Scheduling, Project Administration and Project Finance and Risk Management. Other businesses within the X-Pert group are X-Pert Project Management Services (Gauteng Province, South-Africa), X-Pert Project Management Services (Western Cape, South-Africa), X-Pert Holdings Africa, X-Pert Holdings Australia, X-Pert Holdings Europe, X-Pert Holdings USA.

HISTORY
When PARACON was formed in February 1995, it had a few consultants and only two clients - Toyota South Africa Motors and Sappi Management Services. During the past few years, it has achieved exceptional growth and currently employs numerous consultants with expertise in a broad spectrum of technologies. They provide IT solutions to more than 50 top 100 corporate clients in South Africa. PARACON turned its focus to the international markets and, in 1996, PARACON UK was formed and currently has consultants at various clients in the United Kingdom. PARACON formed business partnerships with various companies in the USA and currently has consultants working at numerous clients in the USA. In March 1998 PARACON acquired a 45% stake in X-pert Project and Programme Management (PTY) LTD. In May 1998 PARACON formed a business partnership with EDUCOR LIMITED. EDUCOR acquired 50% of PARACON for a sum of R60,000,000.00
